Service Description

This class is 45 minutes in length and appropriate for anyone looking to incorporate a gentle fitness program that will help decrease incidence of falls and chronic disease and dementia. This series is aimed to help as many active agers stay physically strong, intellectually sharp and socially connected in the community. Movement is taught seated in a chair. Class runs every second Friday.
