Yoga Well-Being Coach 

Perhaps you have a destination in mind but you are not sure what is the best route to get there. Sometimes it is nice to have someone with you...exploring alternative routes and helping you stay focused. If you are lost or tired, that someone alerts you to changing surroundings and provides another perspective - pointing out signs, landmarks and scenery you might have otherwise missed. They offer companionship to avert the monotony and potential danger of travelling alone.

They are a personal GPS system - navigators who help you reach your destination.

They are motivators, supporters, and great listeners. They bring out your greatest potential. They are Coaches.

As a Well-Being Yoga Coach, I work with you to relieve tension, clear the mind, increase energy, unblock stuck emotions and optimize your overall health and well-being.

Yoga means "union" or finding alignment with one's mind, body and soul. Life demands, work and stress move us away from this alignment. My coaching is fused with simple and supported yoga poses, breathwork and meditation to guide you to your destination and back to living a life of well-being.

Career & Purpose Coaching 

I work with you to discover your strengths and career goals to align with your purpose and passion. Difficult bosses, lack of advancement, fear of losing your job, workforce re-entry and the desire to make a career change are all big issues to deal with on a personal level. I draw on my 20 years of experience in full cycle human resource management to assist you with resume and cover letter development, nailing your interview every time and overcoming any current work-related barriers that are preventing you from working in your area of passion and strengths.
