Energy Yoga with Yoga Nidra combines energy boosting exercises and deep relaxation to revitalize the body and mind. Energy Yoga is designed to activate and balance the body’s energy centers incorporating simple yoga postures with acupressure points. This practice enhances vitality, clears mental fog, and fosters emotional stability. Yoga Nidra offers profound relaxation through guided meditation, encouraging complete surrender while maintaining conscious awareness. Known as "yogic sleep," Yoga Nidra allows the body to rest deeply, promoting cellular regeneration and stress reduction. Together, these practices create a harmonious blend of activation and relaxation, leaving practitioners refreshed and deeply connected to their inner selves. This is a gentle practice for all yogi levels. This class runs every second Thursday for 45 mins.
